Refund Policy

Returns

 

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

 

Please note:
 

We do not accept returns on earrings, cosmetics, or sale items, unless faulty.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days via your original payment method.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

 

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us at bella.boutique8284@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it, including photos if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 

How to Return

 

Please email bella.boutique8284@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
